Job

This is an exciting time to be part of the distilling supply chain.

As the Distilling Account Manager you will play a key role in establishing and developing sustainable commercial relationships with our distilling customers. Reporting to the Senior Distilling Account Manager you will work with him to develop and implement sales strategies to ensure we meet our volume and value KPIs.

The responsibility of the role is much wider than just commercial interactions, you will be respected by our customers as an expert and as a "go-to" contact in respect of malting barley.

Working with internal stakeholders is also, you will oversee the supply programme ensuring that we fulfil our commitments on time and in full.

Profile

We are looking for someone with technical and/or commercial experience in the distilling business and an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics associated with distilling the barley or similar markets.

Of graduate calibre, qualifications in distilling and or a commercial/management based degree will be an advantage.

In addition to a sound technical knowledge we are also searching for the right person to represent the Company. To that end we need someone who can nurture the long term relationships with our customers and develop a rapport with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator and negotiator with the drive, initiative and the tenacity to succeed.
